July
Hi, I'm July. I live in Albany. I love cooking and gardening. Laughing and growing little minds.

Kia ora, my name is July, and I am a qualified educator with more than 6 years’ experience in Home-based setting. I live in Albany, Auckland with my husband. we have a cozy home with spacious outdoor play area. The children love planting and picnic in our fruits and vegetable garden. As a family we enjoy reading, hiking and swimming. I love cooking and the children enjoy my cooking. I love dancing, singing and have a good laugh with the children.
As an Educator I believe that children learn best in an environment where they feel valued, respected and heard. Learning in our home environment is very much play based and child led. I strive to set up invitations to play that will facilitate the child’s individual interests and form the foundations for a lifelong love of learning. It amazes me to see the different ways children engage with the learning environment and let their imaginations take flight. I believe that when children have agency to create and act on their own ideas the possibilities are endless. What a privilege to be part of that journey with them.
Opening Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm
Weekly Play Experiences
My home environment is comprised of a large, designated playroom with resources regularly rotated to accommodate the children’s interests and development. We have a large deck looking into a fruits and vegetable garden where the children can grow their own plants and learn to looking after them. they love having picnic on the deck and talk about the plants and bugs they found in the garden.

Treasure Tree have designated visiting teacher to support each educator. I receive play& learn ideas, educational strategies and resources from my Visiting teacher on regular base.
