Treasure Tree provides home-based childcare throughout Auckland. Treasure Tree head office is in Browns Bay, Auckland.
Treasure Tree educators hold at least Level4 ECE qualification.
Treasure Tree conducts 7 steps safety checking including police vetting to ensure the educators and anyone who lives in the environment over 17 years old are safe for the children.
Treasure Tree educators conduct daily, weekly health&safety check. Treasure Tree visiting teachers visit the homes regularly and safety conduct health&safety check during all visits.
Educators set their own fees starting from $9 per hour, per child during the weekdays. Fees for weekend will be discussed between the educator and the parents. The Account holder pays the set agreed rate.
Nanny charge between $25 to $35 depending on the qualifications, experiences and childcare needs.s
The Children’s Sleeping, eating, and toileting are discussed between the educator and parents. We cater for the child’s individual needs and strive to support the children to have a smooth transition form their own home to our Treasure Tree homes.
All enrolled family will be invited to StoryPark, a online APP that you can access to your children’s portfolios. TreasureTree educator will update on regular basis so you can see what they were up to.
Yes, minimum 4 hours a day and 12 hours a week.
Treasure Tree operates 7am-7pm. However, each Home-based facility may have their own opening and finishing hours. Please talk to us we will match you to the right home-based childcare.
Yes, we offer 20 hour ECE. Conditions apply.
Yes, Our Home-based childcares are still operating and the educators are available to work.
We normally offer two free visits for one hour each. All Treasure Tree educators are happy to offer more visits if needed to help the children’s smooth transition into their care. Visits are free of charge.
If your Educator is away or on holiday, no. If you are taking a holiday and provided you have given your Educator at least two weeks’ notice, you will have up to 15 days annual leave free of charge. Otherwise, there may be a Maximum $75/week holding fee for your holidays. Individual Educators will discuss this with you during your family orientation.
Your Educator will advise you as soon as possible and then you may contact the Treasure Tree team to organise an alternative educator for the time you required.
Yes, as long as the total number of children does not exceed 6 under the age of fourteen years old at any one time. TreaureTree Educators are happy to help with an older sibling of a current enrolled child who has recently left to attend school.
